BERTRAND RAMBAUD
Bertrand RAMBAUD is Deputy General Manager at Siparex. He joined Siparex in 1991 as a chargé d’affaires and later acted as Investment Manager. He had previously spent five years at Pricewaterhouse Coopers as a Partner responsible for Transaction Services department. Since 2005, Bertrand RAMBAUD has led the Capital development/LBO transmission activities of SIGEFI Private Equity (Siparex Group).
Bertrand Rambaud is at the board of several mid-size companies located in France, including Babeau Seguin, Gérard Perrier Industrie, Lacroix Emballages and Moria. He is also Chairman of the board of Solice and Sogexi.
